Resiliency
This Resiliency Training provides information on how to foster resilience in children. This training looks at factors that affect resilience, the human adaptive process, ways to successfully cope with trauma, and the 12 steps of successful survivors. The training ends with a discussion around how professionals and caregivers can help children feel safe, capable and loveable.

ACE’s (Adverse Childhood Experiences)
This training explains the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) study and identifies all 10 ACEs. All childhood experiences, especially traumatic events, have an impact on people as they mature. This training explores the long-term effects that adverse childhood experiences have on physical and mental health. Preventative measures, resiliency, and how to address the needs of children with a high ACEs score are all discussed. Personal ACE’s test provided.
